I made it - and it wasn’t all that painful!
Actually, after all that - - he’s driving himself to the airport because he says I look like I’m about to fall over and he doesn’t want me making the hour drive to and the hour drive back from the airport after not sleeping. The real goal here was to make sure we didn’t over sleep and make him miss his flight - - that’s happened once before and we’re more than paranoid about that, after the first time.
Gonna hang out with him until he leaves - - then I’m curling up in bed! Have a great morning!

What happens when you miss your flight? Do you have to pay to reschedule? That would suck.

You have to try and find a later flight and rebook . . . usually you can exchange your ticket, but most often, there are fees you have to pay.
Basically, it’s a royal pain in the ass.
