This is my office. Well, at least a small corner of my desk, inside my office. It’s one of those nights. Curl myself up in my office with more than a few candles, Maroon 5 or Norah Jones in the ol’ Windows Media Player. Martini in hand. Working my crazy fingers to the bone on two client ‘rush’ jobs. All my jobs, recently, seem to have a deadline of yesterday.
It’s ok. I can live in the past. ![]()
For the most part, the past has been kind to me.
For the most part, I say.
Pensive. Deeply pensive tonight.
Haven’t had a mood like this in eons.
I think it calls for another Martini, eh?

I do pensive. Yes, I do. Left you a voicemail, hope the hugs come through. xoxo

My cell phone has been dead all damn day, J! Or I surely would have answered your call
It’s charging at the moment — when done, I’ll take a listen to your voicemail.
Pensive is good, sometimes. Depends on the topic, however.

You have a lot of positive things in your life, plentiful things to be thankful for. I’m happy for you even when you’re pensive.

Aww, Michael - thanks
Pensive isn’t a bad thing . . . I enjoy it once in awhile. Just me being reflective — soemtimes I like those kinds of moods
