I’m so excited! A few weeks ago I was contacted by Leanne for blog design services. She is such a sweetheart! It turns out that she is an artist - - quite an accomplished painter, at that. I usually take payment for blog designs through E.Webscapes - however, this time . . . Leanne and I did it the old fashioned way.
We bartered for goods. I couldn’t be more thrilled.
As I am over here working on her blog designs - - she is over there painting my kitties!! Here is the picture that I gave her:
That is Talis on the left, and Meowface on the right. They look like kissing kitty cousins
Either that, or it looks like a serious Mexican Standoff! lol
Leanne has the sketch done — you can view it here. She is really one very talented woman!
She’s going to be doing the painting this weekend - - and she’s doing it on web cam . . . so I can watch the progress.
Now, I ask - how am I supposed to get your blog design done when I’m all preoccupied with watching you paint my kitties on the net???
I’m so excited, I can’t wait!
On a side note, in relation to Leanne - - - her husband is in Iraq and they’ve been struggling all morning trying to get the ICQ’s PC-to-PC call thing working and are having no luck. She’s been trying to talk to him all morning, to no avail. If anyone has any suggestions on decent PC-toPC call software out there that they might try . . . please give Leanne a visit and give her the tip! Thanks!
