Peppermint Patty

on: Oct/19/04 and its been viewed 890 times

Peppermint Patty Patty contacted me for a new skin for her MT blog, over at Peppermint Patty. She’s all done with a new look! We installed the cute little clickable smilies in her comments - and the collapsable comment feature on her blog, too. Now she’s all set!

It’s been a long time since I’ve designed an MT blog — to the point that many folks think I don’t do MT blogs. I had a guy write to me and tell me that he’d be willing to convert to WordPress just so that I could design his blog, because he thought I only did WordPress blogs. I do MT - - I’ve been doing MT for a long, long time. This site, my blog, used to be MT, back in the day. So did my other site over at Right Voices - it’s just that I don’t get many requests for MT blogs anymore. Especially with the ease of WordPress — it’s a much better and easier interface than MT is.

But! I just wanted to clarify that I do MT blogs. I’m capable lol - - even if all that rebuilding gives me a migraine!

Go on over and visit Patty and give her some blog cheer! :)

I know you do MT blogs - UG was MT back in the day as was JAG and your many other blogs and you’ve done them for lots of folks. Great job on Patty’s new look - - it’s fabulous :)

I was glad you didn’t say “that I do do MT blogs.”

Then I would have had to say that you said “doo doo”. And, even though I’m pretty sure that you do doo doo, I didn’t want to have say that you did. Even though I just did. And, no, I’m not drunk.

lol Jeanette - - ya know, I DID type ‘do do’ - but then looked at it and edited it to say just ‘do’ because I thought it sounded too much like ‘doo doo’ ;)
