PayPal Update

Ongoing PayPal drama….

I mentioned I had called them on Tuesday regarding this issue. I get this email from them today:

On 06/01/04, I spoke to you regarding your PayPal account. As part of PayPal’s commitment to excellence, I want to make sure I met your needs during our conversation.

Would you please take a minute to answer a few questions to let me know how I did?

To respond to our survey, please click on the web address above. If that does not work, please cut and paste the entire web address into the address field of your browser.

NOTE: Please respond within five days so that you can provide timely feedback to me. After 5 days, this invitation will expire.

Thank you for your help!

PayPal Customer Support

Ok, first - timely response? Excuse me? I have sent 10….count them…..TEN emails requesting more information from you jerkoffs and I have YET to hear back from anyone ‘in the know’ - - and you have the BALLS to tell ME to be TIMELY? I’m speechless. Screw you and your timely invitation.

Second…how did you do? I’m still pissed of, aren’t I - - what do you think?

Third - - what is this bull about ‘PayPal’s commitment to excellence’ ? I have YET to experience said commitment from PayPal. Excellence isn’t even CLOSE to the word I would use.

Last - - I clicked your flippin’ feedback link and gave you an earful that I am sure won’t make one bit of difference, in the end.

Fancy that - - PayPal, pretending to give a shit. Easily done, I suppose, when they’ve got my money frozen and at their fingertips. Pfft.

I am so sorry to hear of your recent trials. Your Dad is cool. Vodkapundit is google bombing his mortgage company. He wrote about that today as a matter of fact.

I am beginning to wonder about PayPal. Coffee-Achiever is having a heck of a time with something she ordered and paid through them. The vendor did not deliver items. PayPal will not refund money after 30 days, I think and it’s been way longer than that.

The fact that they can’t or won’t specify the ‘adult’ merchandise…jackholes!

I’m so sorry that PayPal did this to you.

I was thinking about using PayPal to except donations on my blog so I could get drawing pencils, drawing paper, a new keyboard since mine smells like rotten milk, deordorant for my grandma, and straws so she could eat her Jello, but I think I’ll just save my allowance.
