One Week Left!

One more week to go. He is leaving on Tuesday to make his long drive across the country to move here. He’s been pretty stressed with all the pressures that come along with packing up your entire life and moving it across the country. It’s got to be somewhat difficult - - but even in his stress, he is happy and sounds excited about his up and coming new life. I am, too.

Quite honestly - time is going by so slowly for me ever since we got this house. C. will tell you otherwise. Time, for him, is going by really fast. I betcha once he gets on the road and starts driving - - the time that passes over that couple of thousand miles will seem dreadfully long, I think.

For me - this whole time is going slow. Ever since we put the money down on the house, I can just hear the clock ticking in slow motion. It seems like forever ago that we put the money down - - when in reality, it was just a month.

I just can’t wait until we have moved in and can start our life together.
