Always thought this case was a little bit flimsy. Apparently it was:
Prosecutors will file a motion this afternoon to dismiss the sexual assault charge against Kobe Bryant, according to sources familiar with the case.

she chickened out. i’m sure the prosecuter wasn’t thrilled.
It never really seemed like a strong case and it looks like she’s in it for the money, which means they’ll settle out of court before the civil case makes it to trial.
I’m guessing she saw the cards stacked against her – - it seems a flimsy case from the word ‘go’. At least in my opinion.
