He talks when he's ready to talk. Neither my nor his mother's efforts to speed that up really work well. What does work is talking around the problems, offering hints on how to handle them (even when we're somewhat in the dark about what the actual problem is). I've had acne since I was a teen- and it's not going anywhere. Better to find out now whether it's just teenage stuff or if he's got a more serious skin disorder. You're a good mom, Lisa. For the acne issue - my nephew went through the same thing and Proactiv worked for him and then one of my friends didn't have any success with Proactiv and uses Murad.
