I CANNOT believe it’s 1:30 in the afternoon! I swear, I am on hiatus, but working harder than ever. Just launched a cute new blog for Amy today called Kvetch Blog - - moved her off Blogger onto her own WordPress blog hosted at Blogs About. She was great fun to work with and I’m looking forward to reading her kvetches. More new site launches coming up this week - at SOME point I will unbury myself from this pile I’m hiding under.
It’s 1:30 and I haven’t eaten lunch yet. Since I’ve been on this diet and workout regieme - I find that I am hungry more often than I usually was. In the past - a cup of coffee would hold me over until dinner… but now? Pfft - just stay outta my way on my path to the refridgerator, man! It’s paying off, though - I’ve dropped another 5lbs. The pounds are just flying off, I’m tellin’ ya. Most likely, if history repeats itself, the pounds are just on vacation. 
Flying around the room having themselves a hay day - - with BIG plans to re-attach themselves in a week, and they’ll bring friends. I will try to stop them, though - that’s me, Lisa, The Great Pound Slayer!
In the meantime, I am tossing sheep.
My friend, Tom - who is really an ex of mine, but we now refer to him as a ‘good family friend’ (sshh..it’s a long story)… sent me this link where you can toss sheep. This guy is a doctor. You’d think his mornings would be filled with… oh, I don’t know.. saving lives? Curing sore throats? Resetting limbs? But what is he doing instead?
Catapulting sheep.
Let’s not all move to Canada all at once, ok?

Lisa! Wow, I feel like it has been forever since I visited your blog. Love the new look by the way. And can I just say I miss Uptown Girl? I’ll have to look around in here - I have been a slacking blogger.

And I’m sure Uptown Girl is around somewhere.. if not now, she’ll probably re-emerge at some point. She just kinda dropped off.

Congrats on the five pounds! As a fellow ‘trying to lose weight’ person, even if the 5lbs on are vacation, that’s wonderful!!!!
