Apparently, Disney is forbidding Miramax from distributing Michael Moore’s new film, Fahrenheit 911.
I knew Disney was good for more than mermaids and butterflies.
Moore is already flapping his pie-hole about how this shouldn’t happen in a free society. He calls it profound censorship.
News flash for ya, Mike - - Disney isn’t required to peddle your garbage, ok?
Nobody is censoring him - - they’ve just chosen to step up and say ‘We’re not going to foist this piece of shit onto the American public - - at least not with OUR name on it’
Not in our name. That phrase should sound familiar to Mike. Or, at the very least - he should have a basic understanding of the passion behind the phrase.
No one is silencing his voice of dissent. No one is stopping him from wrapping that rotten mess in an old newspaper and setting up his own koolaid stand on the corner. Get over yourself, already.
Unfortunately, whenever anything is ‘forbidden’ - that just tends to make the driving force behind it, not too mention the desire to obtain it, stronger. It’ll be released - - Disney is probably just hoping to hold off until Bush wins in November.

If the project means so much to Michael then why doesn’t he get some of his liberal friends together and do the film - - I mean look what Mel did with Passions.
Why is it these liberals are constantly whining when they don’t get their way?
