Dirty Hands

i wrote this on May 8th, 2004 at: 12:44 pm and its been viewed 842 views

I love digging in the dirt.
I hate the feeling of dirt under my fingernails.
But I don’t wear gloves.
Go figure.

My roses:

I chose to pot them instead of plant them in the ground because that way I can bring them in when winter comes, rather than putz around with covering them and making sure they stay alive during winter. This is my first experience with roses - so we’ll see how these go.

Update on the orchids - - they are still living!
