    At about the same time as your posting, I had a bowl of Total.

    About an hour ago I had a bowl of instant oatmeal.

    Coffee? A must at all times! :cool:

    2 slices cinnamin toast covered in butter. Tall glass of OJ and a strong black coffee.

    A nice and cinnamonny carmel roll with at least a half pot of black coffee.

    :-) I don’t eat when I first get up, makes me sick, so when I do eat at about 9 ish I can handle just about anything.. Shrimp needed eating!
