The Ecosystem is all funky today. In the incestuous blogosphere - - is the Ecosystem rating things oddly because blogrolling isn’t updating it’s lists? Or has it just gone wanky all by it’s lonesome.
Things to ponder on a Sunday afternoon when you have no idea which one of your favorite blogs have updated.
Isn’t it funny how dependent we’ve become on that little star that appears next to the most recently updated.
Must. Have. The. Star.

Anyone seen an update from Blogrolling? The last news post just says the migration went well.

Well, I’ve never been fortunate enough to have a star next to my blog at all…even after I update it. It just sits sadly, third from the bottom of the Blogs About Buddies list. I do update the site, really I do!!

We know, Stacy lol - - as soon as blogrolling gets it’s services back up and going the way they used to be - - you’ll have that star every time you update

I wasn’t able to get the “auto-update” to work either, I was still manually pinging to get my update in a timely fashion.

That’s easy to fix MichaelB
In WP just login and go to “Options” then “Writing” and in the “Update Services” box put this url:
http://rpc.blogrolling.com/pinger/
What that does is once you update your blog it will automatically ping Blogrolling for you and you don’t have to be manual anymore

I’m pretty sure I tried that once and it didn’t seem to work (or took a very long time to register)… I’ll try it again though. I may not have used the /pinger at the end.
