Back to the drudgery

on: Dec/26/02 and its been viewed 610 times

Don’t wanna go back to work today. *whine* Too much to do, too little time - - plus having the gorgeous sex God at home while I work doesn’t make things any easier, at all! I find myself distracted all day long trying to hurry along my day so I can get home to him as soon as possible.

I’m impossibly in love.

whine whine whine! I’m getting really good at that lately!

Something screwed up royally with my new computer and C. has been hard at work at it all day. Something wrong with the motherboard it seems. Big bummer. So, he ended up ordering a brand new motherboard that is going to be delivered tomorrow.

He gave me a new sound card and an awesome speaker set up for my PC, for one of my xmas presents. Totally awesome - - I haven’t heard the effects of it all yet, until the PC gets up and running again - - but it’s a SoundBlaster Live 5.1 (which I guess means something because it made my 13 year old son EXTREMELY jealous - so I’ll gauge it by that lol) and the speaker system has a subwoofer and 4 speakers, all with surround sound capability. Very cool. When we set up the speakers - I’ll set up one pair behind me in my office to see if I get the full effect of the surround sound - I can’t wait :)
