Back to Normal

on: Jul/12/04 and its been viewed 566 times

Well, I took Chris back to the airport this evening. He’ll be gone until Friday - and then home for the weekend again. There is light at the end of the tunnel, however - - it sounds as though this will only continue through August, or so - - so that’s a good thing.

I’m also here to attest to the reasons why women do the multiple product thing…men respond to it in a big way. At least, my man does ;)

After long talks this weekend - - it looks as though I’ll be giving my resignation at work by the end of this month, if not sooner - - as I make the jump (hurling leap?) into the world of the self-employed. Of course, that’s not entirely true…in order for me to have health and dental benefits…I’ll be working for Chris’s company on a very, very part-time basis. But - he owns the company…I’ll be working from home, for him…so it’s kinda like being self-employed…sorta. Plus, just to keep my hands in nursing…I’m signing up for agency work and I’ll be doing that on a very part-time basis, as well (maybe 4-5 time a month).

I’m excited. Of course, now that I know it’s all coming sooner, than later - - I want to give my resignation tomorrow! Must. Be. Responsible. /sigh
